What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Support Supervisor position at Clean Team?
Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Responsibilities
- As a Cleaning Support Supervisor at Clean Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of your assigned areas
- You are devoted to providing our customers with the highest quality cleaning service
- You are hardworking, a gracious team member and able to get down to the nitty-gritty
- Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention
- Control labor and supply costs
- Identify areas where further training is necessary and identify and retain all-star employees
- Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked
- Cover buildings such as call outs or open positions assigned by Operations Manager
- Work together with upper management to provide effective communication
Qualifications

- Skilled at making quality decisions
- Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
- Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling
- Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation and Car Insurance or have a clean driving record
