Part-Time Support Technician - Join Our Team!
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and organization? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Support Technician to join our team. This variable-hour position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' facilities remain clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover Open Cleaning Positions: Spend the majority (70% or more) of your time filling in for open cleaning positions across various sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Deliver Supplies: Assist in delivering cleaning supplies and products to customer locations, ensuring all areas are fully stocked.
- Inspect and Address Deficiencies: Conduct facility inspections to identify any cleaning deficiencies, report them to the Area Manager, and take immediate corrective action to maintain optimal cleanliness.
- Travel to Multiple Locations: This position requires travel to various client locations based on business needs. You may work independently or as part of a team at each site.
- Detailed Cleaning Duties:
- Follow the On-Site Task Sheet to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the assigned timeframe.
- Restock all dispensers (paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers) and air fresheners as needed.
- Check and replace mop heads and vacuum bags regularly.
- Verify the quality of cleaning work to ensure high standards are met.
- Inspect inventory supplies during each shift, submitting requests for restocking to the Area Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
- Complete and review the Cleaning Completion Form, submitting it to the Area Manager at the end of each month.
Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and organizational standards.
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times, interacting with clients and team members respectfully.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
