Sanitation Supervisor
Clean-Tech is looking for Sanitation Team Supervisor. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for working within the GMP guidelines in assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition as well as oversee employees. The ideal candidate will work in tandem with fellow employees and others.
Essential Responsibilities
- Floor care – vacuuming, dust & wet mopping.
- Horizontal and vertical surface cleaning.
- Waste and recycling removal
- Comply with SOPs, policies, procedures, and safety.
- Accurate completion of daily GMP logs.
- Fill-in for call offs.
- Previous floor care experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Shift flexibility is a MUST.
Requirements
- On the job training. Prefer candidates have GED or combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to read and comprehend documents such as SOPs, Safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and customers.
- Possess knowledge in various State and Federal Safety laws policies, Food Safety, GMP’s and other policies related to Food Safety and Quality.
- Highly detail oriented and meticulous, hard- worker and team player
- 3 years of progressively responsible custodial work experience, preferably in a hotel, hospital or residence hall facility,
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
