Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors.
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties that may involve heavy-duty equipment and materials.
- Carry out custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Provide porter services by maintaining cleanliness in common areas and assisting with any special cleaning requests.
- Occasionally engage in residential painting projects as required by specific assignments.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to maintain a clean workspace while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
