Responsibilities:
- Manage team of production employees and managers
- Flexible work schedule based off of coverage needs
- Manage monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
- Process daily service department paperwork
- Manage relay trucks to depots
- Review and approve timekeeping for production and maintenance staff
- Key daily production numbers
- Manage wastewater permit and testing requirements/reporting
- Ensure high level of quality standards
- Manage flow of production
- Coach employees to meet job standards
- Manage budget and handle purchasing of merchandise
- Manage all aspects of the facility
- Oversee maintenance of machines and equipment
- Report status of Plant to General Manager
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Out-going personality & strong management abilities
- Strong Computer Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Managerial Experience a must
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Work in all elements of weather
- College coursework, or equivalent experience preferred (but not required)
