What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Administrative Assistant position at Clean Water Testing?
The Clean Water Center is your one stop water resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind. Clean Water Testing is a state certified laboratory. We provide testing services to customers across Wisconsin. We are looking to add an additional member to our combined office staff to perform a wide variety of daily tasks.
The Customer Service Representative will enter new water samples into our laboratory database, assist walk in and phone customers, outbound and inbound phone calls to schedule service and sales opportunities, data entry, take job orders over the phone, coordinate couriers for sample pick ups, schedule appointments for our field staff and general customer communications.
The person selected for this position must be very outgoing and personable, have great organizational skills, and be a strong multi-tasker. Data accuracy is essential so the the Customer Service Representative must be great at typing with both speed and accuracy. Access Database experience and SAP Experience are a plus but not required. This position is in a rapidly changing environment that requires the Customer Service Representative to adapt on the fly while adhering to company policy and procedure. They must be able to work as a team and as an individual, and have to be an outstanding communicator.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
