Plant Supervisor
Job description: Supervise daily operations including setting and meeting production goals within the designated department. Oversee department staffing, training and discipline of employees. Manage quality control of all products sent out daily. Review maintenance and inspection protocols for equipment within the department and communicate accordingly with maintenance team. Communicate daily with General Manager to address issues or concerns relating to plant operations. Manage all plant staffing and employees.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years production experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Communication skills
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have or be willing to obtain COVID vaccination
