Position Overview:
CleanCraft is seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to join our team. This pivotal role will not only shape the office environment but also serve as an exemplar of our company's cultural values. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment activities in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with candidates.
Initially, the position will be part-time, with potential for expansion. Exact hours will be determined through discussion, primarily falling between 1pm-6pm.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as coordinate interview and orientation schedules.
Support various aspects of the employee life cycle, contributing to a seamless onboarding process.
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, along with exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail regarding deadlines, processes, and record-keeping.
Assist in database maintenance and record updates.
Utilize MS Office and similar software with ease.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Demonstrated competence in utilizing MS Office and related software.
