What You'll Do
Design & Develop – Create engineering plans, technical exhibits, and calculations for major infrastructure projects.
Lead the Process – Oversee construction plans, topographic surveys, and hydraulic designs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Solve Complex Challenges – Analyze project data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions that keep projects on track.
Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and leadership to drive project success.
Be on the Ground – Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Professional Engineer (PE) license (Required).
4-15 years of hands-on engineering experience in civil, geotechnical, or wastewater projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & engineering design software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
