Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to service one of our Airbnb locations weekly. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the environment. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are spotless and hygienic. We will start you out at one location and if you meet the qualifications of the position, we will then also use you at more locations as well. You must be able to communicate with management and be on time. There are specific needs that this property requires such as placing towels and blankets in certain areas, and many more. You will be properly trained before doing the job alone. We will also provide you with a checklist. You will need basic cleaning supplies of your own. There are also supplies in the closet at the property that you are able to use as well. We will need you to pay close attention to these supplies and communicate with us when they become low so that we can restock them. The property takes 4-5 hours to clean.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct residential cleaning tasks that may include kitchen sanitation, bathroom cleaning, and general tidying up.
- Assist with carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in various settings.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping management by following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean environment for all occupants.
- Being on time and communication with management are both a must for this position.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize areas that require additional care or sanitation.
- Excellent skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Ability to work independently.
