Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation while ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply. We are seeking an experienced candidate who is knowledgeable in deep cleaning skills. Preferable someone who is already cleaning full time, and would just like more added to your schedule. You will need to have transportation and all of your own deep cleaning supplies. You will be paid based upon the square footage of each cleaning job, it will always be between 20-30 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Drive to local deep cleaning job, will normally be a residential space such as apartment, house, condo, etc.
- Execute deep cleaning with wiping down all furniture, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, and any other cleaning needs necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain custodial standards by following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care products is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.
