What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Water Mitigation Technician position at Cleaning and Demolition Company?
Cleanup Services is an emergency water mitigation company. We're starting all candidates at $18 per hour. Our typical first year employees make $50,000 to $65,000. The annual wage is reached through a combination of hourly rate, overtime, and bonuses. The typical shift is 4-5 days per week with weekend availability. The job entails working in a team of two or more individuals on a given project. Most of our work revolves around demolition, cleanup, and dry out of structures affected by water damage, sewage, or mold. We also work long days starting at 7AM, so you can get all you hours into a small window. Construction experience is a plus, but not a requirement. A working knowledge of hand tools and power tools is preferred.
