We're looking for a rockstar office manager to support our growing company!
The Office Manager will focus on assisting the Management Team to support the current and future growth of Cleaning Concierge. The areas of focus will be organizational and customer service-oriented in nature. Our rockstar office manager must be action-oriented, able to see tasks through to completion, resourceful, team-oriented, a self-starter with a passion for growing as a person and as a member of Cleaning Concierge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Customer Service and Organizational background and who enjoys working with diverse individuals in a face-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Management Team in the support of daily operations
- Support Field Operations by managing our operations app called, Clean Smarts
- Provide HR Support as the initial point of contact for job applicants and current team members
- Provide Customer Service support to current customers
- Assist with Monthly Financials
- Maintain Cleaning Concierge's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Organize and maintain all office files, materials, and equipment
- Perform Special Projects as requested
Desired Experience/Skills
- 3 years of experience, preferably in an Office Administration or Customer Service Environment
- Solid Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Gmail, and Intuit QuickBooks essential)

Required Results Produced by the Office Manager
- Maintain a weekly "ready to work" pool of 5-10 team members
- Performing weekly client outreach and requesting 3-5 testimonials
- Ensuring all accounts receivables are no more than 45 days past due
- Scheduling all special projects
- Maintaining Clean Smarts database and running location-specific reports
The office manager position will begin as a part-time position working 3 days a week @ 8 hours for the 1st 90 days. After the 90 day period, the office manager and Cleaning Concierge management will evaluate the 3 days a week schedule to determine if moving to a full-time, 5 days a week schedule is best for the company. This evaluation is subject to accelerate if the needs of the business change and warrant a full-time office manager.
