Flexible Part-Time Cleaning position

THE NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK RANGE BETWEEN 6-10. THIS IS PART-TIME ONLY.

Applicant Must:

- be at least 18 years of age

- be able to work in Princeton, Indiana

- be legally permitted to work in the US.

- be responsible, and not unreliable or unstable, hopping from job to job

- be physically capable of general cleaning

Part-time positions open in Princeton, Indiana – New positions change weekly

Typical duties include the following, but the requirements may vary

• Detail dust furniture and fixtures
• Sweep, mop and vacuum
• Periodically use a step stool to do high dusting
• Restroom cleaning - detailed cleaning and sanitizing, and restocking
• Break room cleaning includes microwaves, counters, sinks, refrigerator, and tables and chairs
• Empty wastebaskets and trash cans and replace liners as necessary. Clean out if messy
• Use proper cleaning supplies and equipment for the job
• Practice safety always
• Cleaning supply/janitor closet - keep it in and organized

You are allowed to start after the office closes, typically at around 5:00 pm. However, you can start later than 5:00 pm, perhaps at 5:15, 5:30 or 6:00 pm.

Goal: To provide excellent, consistent, reliable service for the customer, making them smile!

Skills: a partial list

• Professional attitude and conduct
• Focus on quality, with efficiency (but we don't crack the whip like some other companies do)
• Clean dress and appearance, wearing company ID tag and company shirt (provided)
• Clean language, respectful attitude, smiling and kind and helpful
• Take care of equipment and report anything needing servicing
• Always work safely, acknowledging safety training completion
• Observe our company policy and that of the customer where you clean
• Cooperate with team members
• Communicate with our Quality Coordinator any issues experienced, or any concerns by customer
• Use remote clock in/clock out system provided via your cell phone.
• Consistently show up and do a job you and we will be proud of!

Other qualifications:

• Have a working cell phone, with texting ability, that you check daily
• Have reliable transportation, not relying on someone else to give you a ride
• Be legally permitted to work in the USA
• Physically able to perform tasks generally associated with cleaning. Bending over, stooping, kneeling is often required.
• You agree to pre-employment and random drug screening and a criminal background check.
