The Cleaning Gals is a Residential Cleaning Company. We believe being a professional Cleaner is a job to be proud of!!!_ We are mainly a solo model. There is a sense of freedom and independence as we do not micro-manage all day. We hire adults and treat you as such. We of course have expectations and offer support throughout the work day.

Candidates are required:
* Legal to work in the US. (Proof may be required.)
* Clean background and possible drug test.
* A reliable, insured vehicle and valid license.
* Smart phone with internet access.
* Believes in TEAM.
* Available Monday-Friday from 8:30/8:45 am to 4:30 PM (max usually).
* Able to work independently.
* Good attitude.
* Good morals.
We are firm believers in life/work balance! No more nights/weekends if you choose!
We have learned this is different amongst our team members.We also hire for office cleanings. Nights and weekends would be required then.
Training $16 per hour (up to 2 weeks max).
We pay on a percentage base scale from 40-45% of job amount.
Averages to $20-26 per hour. Chat further during the interview.
