Job Title: Support Cleaning Technician
Company Overview:
A leading commercial cleaning company serving Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth since 2012. We specialize in cleaning offices, schools, medical centers, government facilities, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide cleaning support in the absence of regular staff (minimum 32 paid hours per week, with potential for more).
* Travel to various job sites as needed (mileage reimbursed at $0.655 per mile).
* Perform general cleaning duties: vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, dusting, and trash removal.
* Capture before/after photos or videos monthly for service quality documentation.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license & own reliable transportation.
* Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
* Cleaning experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong physical stamina and communication skills.
* Must pass a background check.
