FULL-TIME Power/Soft Washing Technician

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time Power/Soft Washing Technician. A responsible, mature, energetic and smart-working individual to join our team. Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in providing SOFT WASH & TOUCHLESS house/roof washing techniques.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Soft Washing Field Service Technicians perform all aspects of residential and commercial soft washing house/building washing, touchless roof washing, exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning where, on a daily basis, you take a customers property from green to clean.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain and adhere policies and procedures to perform soft wash house washing, touchless roof washing, exterior window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services in a safe, effective, and efficient manner with a smile and a feeling of accomplishment
• Ability to work on all size ladders
• Operate company vehicles under company auto policy
• Enjoy a dynamic work environment where your "office" changes every day. You’ll be at a different location each day, working outdoors in the fresh air
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot machinery/equipment in the field

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year experience providing soft wash/touchless washing techniques
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License (held 5 years)
• Clean driving record
• Pass a DOT medical examination

• Are you willing to perform interview testing which requires physical activity? You will be given some testing during the one on one interview. You will be given a test to see how you follow directions. You will also be given a ladder use test where you will be shown all aspects of ladder use, including climbing and working at the top of a 20' or 24' ladder. You must be willing and able to perform the testing if a personal interview is scheduled.
