Cleaning Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for plus construction cleaning, including countertops, floors, interior inside and outside of cabinets, doors, baseboards, and more. Possible opportunity for power, washing or concrete training, as well as certifications and exterior glass cleaning. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.50 - $41.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
