Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exterior glass cleaning. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.50 - $41.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
