This role starts as a cleaning professional, with growth into a trainer position where you'll help onboard and guide new team members.

Location: Greater Grand Rapids area – including Rockford, Lowell, Ada, Cedar Springs, and Greenville.

Trainer Responsibilities (once promoted):

• Support and train new cleaning professionals during their first weeks
• Demonstrate proper techniques and Cleaning Solutions standards
• Provide on-the-job feedback and coaching
• Communicate trainee progress to leadership
• Serve as a role model in professionalism, communication, and cleaning quality

Cleaner Responsibilities (initial role):

• Perform residential cleaning services with excellence and attention to detail
• Travel to client homes throughout our service area
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Follow procedures for safety, customer service, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Experience training or mentoring others is a plus

Additional Info:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pet-friendly homes – Must be comfortable working around pets
• Reliable vehicle required – travel between job sites
• Must be able to pass a background check
