Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including construction sites and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks as outlined in the scope of work.
- Duties may include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain a healthy environment.
- Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are well-maintained and presentable (if applicable)
- Provide excellent customer service by leaving each location spotless.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in post -construction cleaning and commercial cleaning.
- General Liability Insurance is a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must have own cleaning products and equipment

Pay: $180.00 - $500.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
