Job Title : CTG NetSuite Administrator Department : Administration CTG Shared Services Reports To : Chief Financial Officer Summary
The CTG NetSuite Administrator is the key solution support and technical administration resource for CTG using NetSuite for core business functions. Overall responsibilities of this role include creating, managing, and maintaining all business reporting, saved searches, systems preferences, user dashboards, entry forms, transaction functions, internal and external PDF documents and general solution settings. This role is responsible for technical oversight of workflows, deployments, bundle management and other custom NetSuite features like third-party integrations. This role has ultimate responsibility for end user support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS to PERFORM DUTIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system and CRM, including implementation, configuration, customization, and updates. Ensure data integrity and perform regular system audits. Develop and implement user roles and permissions.
Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite functionalities. Integrate NetSuite with other business applications. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with stakeholders to implement improvements. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite. Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making. Work with business units to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely data. Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements. Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes, as appropriate. Conduct regular security reviews and system audits. Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, addressing technical issues and system errors. Coordinate with NetSuite support and other vendors for issue resolution. Maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals. Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Qualifications / Skills : Previous experience with deploying or implementing new NetSuite solutions. Experience with eCommerce platforms integrated to NetSuite. The ability to support data import process to NetSuite for data migration. The ability to maintain NetSuite semi-annual version updates. Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs of the Company. Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system. Is familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
Education and / or Experience : NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred NetSuite Provided Certification 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration Experience with eCommerce platforms integrated to NetSuite. Experience with third-party integrations. Experience with developing custom scripting. Experience with custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, HTML, PDFs, and NetSuite data model. Extensive working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
Language Skills : Communicate verbally and / or in writing with other employees, other departments, and supervision as to work in progress, problems and / or completion.
Mathematical Skills : High School level math.
Reasoning Ability : Must be able to identify work process problems and workable solutions.
Certificates / Licenses / Registrations : NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred NetSuite Provided Certification. Physical Demands : Sit at workstation for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to adjust visual focus. May be required to reach, stoop and / or bend on an as needed basis. Must be able to climb stairs, as necessary. Some light lifting may be required.
