We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation in our client's homes. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment as per established protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks in while adhering to safety protocols and company high quality and efficiency standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in professional cleaning roles is not needed but a love for cleaning is! Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
