Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and hygiene.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
