}We are seeking a Process Control / Industrial Automation Engineer to collaborate in our engineering team designing and building the first of its kind biorefinery of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will have a background in petrochemical/refineries (bio or otherwise), or other complex automation projects. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and controlling the demonstration facility, including reactors, sensors, and customer equipment

:}} Frequent lifting and moving of items up to fifty (50) pounds, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, prolonged standing or sitting may be required. Must have safe work habits and perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies and practi

- }}Develop and implement process control systems, including the design of control strategies, selection of sensors and actuators, and programming of control algorithm
- s.Program PLC controllers for efficient operation of equipmen
- t.Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data to improve system performance and support the development of future systems/ processe
- s.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to process control systems, including equipment failures, software bugs, and communication error
- s.Optimize process control systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtim
- e.Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solution
- s.Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on the use of process control system
- s.Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies related to process control system
- s.Monitors and enforces, along with other project teams, CleanJoule’s safety and OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and site visitor
