Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of yachts, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing.
- Buff and polish yacht surfaces to remove imperfections and enhance shine.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring precision and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Cleaning and preserving teak surfaces for optimal appearance and longevity
- Washing and organizing anchor lockers and exterior storage compartments
- Maintaining and refreshing yacht cushions, protective covers, and aft shower fixtures
- Caring for the tender and ensuring shore power cords are clean and properly stowed
- Tidying and sanitizing exterior sinks, grills, windows, and overhead surfaces as necessary
- Up keeping fenders and addressing hull sides and waterline cleanliness
Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience in washing or detailing required.
- Experience with boat detailing and products
- Affinity with high end products, eye for detail and ability to handle with care
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with buffing techniques and custodial duties is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
