Overview
- Manage janitorial clients and support franchisees
- Supervise and train quality control managers
- Responsible for the operations regarding national accounts
- Maintain client relations by consistent contact by phone, email, and personal visits
- Maintain great relationship and cooperation with CleanNet USA corporate office
- Work with clients and franchisees to address and resolve concerns and incidents
- Will be responsible for training of new and existing Franchisees
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven
- Possess strong relational and follow-up skills
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills
- Have professional appearance and great control of time management
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience in janitorial industry is a must
Compensation
- Salary $50,000 and up per year
