Due to our tremendous growth, A well-established top-rated National Franchise company in commercial cleaning and disinfecting services is actively recruiting several full-time team members in its Cranford, NJ operation Center with the following expertise:
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and customers assigned
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and prepare reports as needed
· Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills Needed:
· Solid experience as a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager or relevant role in janitorial industry
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Train our service providers as needed to improve quality of service
· Meet and welcome new customers to our system while introducing their service providers
· Excellent on the job training is provided
