This is primarily a 1st shift position, but requires some flexibility. 3 shift operation with Shift Supervisors reporting to the Account Manager.
Salary : $64,0000 Bonus Opportunity
Territory : Pleasant Prairie, WI
Job duties include :
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
