CleanPower, Wisconsin's leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Madison, WI area. This is primarily a 2nd shift position, but requires some flexibility.
Salary : $54K plus a Monthly Car Allowance!
Territory : Madison, WI
Job duties include :
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
