About Us:
Clean Rite Property Services specializes in commercial property maintenance, including hot water pressure washing, graffiti removal, parking lot sweeping, bird remediation, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outdoor Property Maintenance: Perform pressure washing, parking lot sweeping, graffiti removal, and other cleaning tasks using specialized equipment.
All-Weather Work: Execute duties in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.
Physical Demands: Lift and carry equipment, operate machinery, and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Night Shift: Work overnight hours from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., ensuring properties are clean and presentable for the next day.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including using protective gear and following EPA/CWA guidelines for environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property maintenance, pressure washing, or related field is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Reliable transportation to and from our shop.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and occasional weekends if needed.
MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVERS LICENCE!
