Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, landscaping, mowing, and hardscaping, utilizing both hand tools and power tools to achieve high-quality results.
Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks, including mowing, tree trimming, and garden maintenance.
- Assist in building and maintaining landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and hardscape elements.
- Perform groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and properly stored after use.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- Experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques including mowing, tree trimming, and garden maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
