Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all restroom facilities throughout the stadium during events.
- Perform routine checks and cleaning tasks including but not limited to restocking restroom supplies, wiping down surfaces, mopping floors, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Respond promptly to calls for cleaning or maintenance issues in restrooms.
- Use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety protocols and instructions.
- Monitor and report any damage or vandalism to facilities, ensuring prompt attention and repair.
- Adhere to health and safety standards set by the stadium and regulatory bodies.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests, addressing and escalating any concerns or feedback as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stadium visitors.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift supplies and equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with stadium guests.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with the stadium event schedule.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus.
