We are seeking a dedicated Executive Sales Manager for Distribution to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a manufacturer representative, working closely with distributors to promote and sell our products. They will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that our products are effectively represented and sold through our distributor network. Experience in hospitality, long-term care, and food service industries is highly desirable.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Cleanslate and its distributors partners.
- Present and promote company products to distributors and their sales teams.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support to help them achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions for distributor sales teams on product features and benefits.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through the distributor network.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and meetings to represent the company and support distributors.
- Ensure that distributors have the necessary resources and support to effectively sell our products.
- Manage relationships between DSR and Cleanslate Territory Sales Manager to develop long lasting partnerships and continued growth.
- Promote and cross sell Cleanslate portfolio to all markets.
- Day to day activities are managing pipeline CRM, customer sample request, bids/quotes, events and technical advice to help resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to build market targets.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders within distributor partners to position
- Use internal reporting to help understand distributor business and help grow
- Execute quarterly business reviews and sales strategies and attend regular distributor partner sales meetings.
- Train and partner distributor sales representatives on selling value of Cleanslate.
- Leverage distribution relationships to penetrate and grow end user accounts.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the hospitality, long-term care, and food service industries is highly desirable.
