The Hardware Repair Lead plays a crucial role in CleanSpark's Bitcoin Mining Operation, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our cryptocurrency mining equipment. This position is responsible for supervising a team of technicians, leading product testing and validation, managing inventory, developing project timelines, and maintaining detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need ~3 years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment, with a strong understanding of electronic components, technical drawings, and specifications. You'll also require knowledge of inventory tracking, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment and Bitman repair certification are plus points.
