We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Cleantec Enterprises. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
About the Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality results. As a Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and trash and recycling management.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and safe for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Dust and clean surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens
- Manage trash and recyclables
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A positive work history with a strong track record of reliability and dedication
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest specks of dust
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude towards our valued customers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for getting to and from work
- The physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
