Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various cleaning projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of cleaning professionals, manage schedules, and maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning projects.
- Supervise cleaning teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and execute project schedules while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Travel overnight occasionally for project oversight and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding project progress and expenditures.
Wage: $60,000.00

- Proven experience in project management within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
- Experience with stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- Boom lift or scissor lift experience or certification is a plus.
