This role involves various cleaning tasks, including residential and commercial cleaning, as well as housekeeping management. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing rooms and ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by cooking or preparing light meals when required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
