What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Technician position at CleanUps Cleaning?
Pup Poo Patrol is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Poo-trol Specialists to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our business, helping keep Bryan-College Station properties clean and poop-free. Your primary responsibility will be to drive to customers’ homes, thoroughly pick up dog waste from their yards, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll also handle additional tasks, such as networking with local businesses during downtime, meeting potential clients, and occasionally assisting with other company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive to assigned customer locations and pick up dog waste using provided tools.
- Take before-and-after photos of each job to ensure quality and maintain customer records.
- Safely dispose of collected waste in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Pup Poo Patrol.
- Engage with local businesses and distribute marketing materials when not on active jobs.
- Communicate regularly with management to report on completed jobs, customer concerns, or any additional tasks completed.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and photo uploads.
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds as needed.
