Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Front Desk Admin to join our outpatient facility. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming environment for our clients and their families, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth facility operations. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks and managing office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, providing necessary information and directing them as required.
- Schedule and manage client appointments.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with mail distribution and preparation of outgoing mail.
- Uphold and exemplify our organizational code of ethics.
- Any other duties assigned by the program director.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Preferred).
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Experience with Microsoft Office.
-Experience with Apple IOS systems.
