We are looking for :
A dedicated therapist for our Van Nuys PHP / IOP who is passionate about making a tangible difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will bring experience treating adolescents and adults suffering from mental health issues, demonstrating both individual and group therapy proficiency. They should be able to function efficiently as an individual and within a team, providing holistic, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Facilitate comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic summaries.
- Provide individual therapy sessions.
- Facilitate group counseling, education, and meetings as outlined in the program.
- Embrace a multidisciplinary approach in treatment planning.
- Oversee treatment services for the designated patient caseload.
- Engage in in-service training and supervisory meetings.
Qualifications :
Schedule : M / W / F 12-830pm
Pay : $30.00 - $62.00 per hour ( Associate pay range is between $30-$40 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and hours accumulated. Licensed pay is between $55-$62 per hour depending on experience and certifications.)
