We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Physicians (MD, DO) or Nurse Practitioners who aim to earn some extra income. In this role, you will conduct physical examinations for individuals, providing objective and comprehensive assessments. This is a rewarding opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Clinic Operations: 1-2 clinics per month.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform thorough and objective physical examinations, including reviewing medical records, and documenting findings clearly and accurately. Prepare comprehensive and concise reports and any relevant medical findings. Ensure reports are legible and compliant with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality: Adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the examination process. Treat all patients with respect and empathy.
- Adhere to Protocols and Guidelines: Follow established protocols and guidelines for conducting physical examinations, including those related to documentation, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Timely Completion of Reports: Complete and submit examination reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and other staff members, providing clear and concise information related to the examination process.
- Continuing Education: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant medical conditions and best practices in physical examination procedures through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications (Physician):
- Medical degree (MD or DO).
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty is preferred.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) where examinations will be conducted.
- Neurology residents are also welcome.
Qualifications (Nurse Practitioner):
- Master's degree in nursing.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state(s) where examinations will be conducted.
- Experience conducting physical examinations and documenting findings.
- NP with experience working in neurology are also welcome.
