What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Clear Choice Hearing Aid Centers?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the medical office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including maintaining patient records and managing correspondence
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area for patients
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in providing medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
-Good transportation may need to go between office locations
