Clear Cloud Solutions is a fast-growing Security Systems Integration, Low Voltage and Electrical Contracting company located in Southern California specializing in Security Systems Integration, IP Video Surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Low Voltage Cabling and Perimeter Security Systems in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
We are looking for a motivated Field Operations Manager to join our team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers and team members daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage installation technicians and subcontractor workforce to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain proper resource levels skilled internal and external subcontractor labor workforce
- Assists with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
- Handling complaints and escalations from customers
- Assist in the disciplinary process, write-ups, termination and offboarding
- Assist in writing reviews, create employee development and improvement plans
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of work conditions
- Ability to multitask
- Able to relay information in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Reliable and Self Motivated
- Complete site surveys and identify appropriate equipment, parts and labor to complete requested scope
· Managing the customer engagement via Calendar, Outlook, Teams, and other relevant technology tools. Work with team members to facilitate technical response necessary to fulfill each submission’s unique requirements.
- Oversee the management of projects within the scheduled duration to meet financial goals
- Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization escalating and resolving issues
- Achieve/exceed internal implementation team goals and customer's quality expectations
- Participate with Sales, Operations and Service at various levels to develop product implementation strategies and action plans
- Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and assist in the implementation of new standards
· Develop a comprehensive project plan, defining goals and objectives, an implementation approach, resource and investment needs, an informed risk management plan, and an opportunities roadmap
· Work with Quality Manager to retrieve feedback for driving Program efficiencies
- Provide mentorship and leadership skills to our existing employees
Required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
· Able to pass a federal background check
· Valid Driver’s License (Required)
· United States (Required)
- Experience running a technical force
- Strong relationship building skills ability to work in a matrix team organization
· Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Must be able to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
Preferred
· Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and design drawings
· Experience with and understanding of construction documents, specifications, scope of works, and schedules
· Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and maintain a strong sense of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively to manage customer relationships, in addition to strong planning and organization skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.
· Thorough understanding of all safety considerations. OSHA 30 cert may not be required but recommended.

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
