Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries to address client questions about debt relief programs.
- Account Management: Provide updates on client accounts, including program details, payment plans, and settlement progress.
- Problem Resolution: Address escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Documentation: Accurately record interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Client Education: Explain program benefits, processes, and potential outcomes to clients.
- Program Updates: Notify clients of adjustments to their accounts or payment plans.
- Compliance: Follow industry regulations and company policies to maintain high service standards.
- Ongoing Support: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and progress.

Qualifications:
