What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and assist with questions regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer informed solutions to customers
- Document and update customer records in our database in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to help others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
