About the role :
Clear Millwork is looking for a skilled and driven Production Manager to lead our talented production team. In this role, you’ll oversee every aspect of our operations, optimizing workflows, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, including expertise in Excel, Outlook, and other industry standard software, as you’ll spend significant time on the computer building timelines, handling logistics, and coordinating schedules.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and skilled at following up with both internal team members and external vendors to keep everything on track. Key Responsibilities :
- Production Planning : Develop and implement production schedules; adjust timelines as needed.
- Client Relations : Manage client needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and evaluate the production team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Quality Control : Ensure products meet quality standards; resolve production issues promptly.
- Resource Management : Oversee inventory, manage costs, and ensure timely procurement.
- Safety & Compliance : Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments and engage with clients as needed.
