We are looking for a visionary, customer-obsessed and technology-focused product management leader with expertise in mobile app development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CLEAR's mobile app experience, delivering impactful solutions that drive user satisfaction and business growth. You will be at the forefront of accelerating the growth of CLEAR's Aviation and Verified product lines, creating a unified mobile experience that enhances the lives of millions of members while driving significant business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a proven history of delivering flexible, scalable technology solutions capable of supporting rapid growth and iteration.
What you'll do :
- Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for CLEAR's Mobile app, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and member needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Marketing, Security, and Legal to drive a shared vision and accelerate product development
- Lead the unification of CLEAR's Aviation (B2C) and Verified (B2B2C) products within a single, cohesive mobile experience
- Champion product excellence and innovation by balancing bigger bets with iterative product improvements rooted in performance metrics and user feedback
- Be accountable for driving measurable business outcomes, including member acquisition and retention, mobile app engagement, and CLEAR Plus subscription growth

The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$235,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
