CLEAR is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to work across our organization-spanning Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing-to unlock valuable insights and drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure, analyzing subscription metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention), and translating data into actionable insights that shape CLEAR's growth. You'll leverage your advanced SQL and Looker development skills to create data models and impactful dashboards, ensuring that key stakeholders can easily access and understand the metrics that matter.
What you'll do :
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams, focusing on subscription metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine metrics and ensure they align with business goals
- Develop and enhance Looker Explores, dashboards, and user-friendly reports to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Champion best practices in data visualization and user experience, ensuring stakeholders can interpret and use the data
- Communicate analysis findings and trends through dashboards, written narratives, or presentations
- Partner with teams to formulate hypotheses, run A / B tests, and measure results.
- Leverage Python and data science techniques for advanced analytics and modeling (e.g., churn prediction, segmentation, machine learning) is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
