The Creative Services Coordinator oversees the production work of the Communications Department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality communication and marketing products and leads the Department’s next generation communication efforts. Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
Bachelor’s degree marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
Special Knowledge/Skills
Experience with web design or digital marketing
Experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics
Proficient in all Adobe software, including Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop
Experience with content management and project management systems
Experience in AI graphic and video design
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of design principles and branding.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handling diverse stakeholder needs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
Knowledgeable about current and future video technology and media trends Available for evening/weekend assignments
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a creative or project management role.
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and manage the workflow of creative projects, including timelines, budgets and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the communications team and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations of projects are met.
- Lead the development of creative collateral, collaborating with graphic, marketing, and communication teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as executive producer of live large scale district events such as Convocation, Safety Summit, Car Rider Line, etc.
- Support the creation and execution of digital, print and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and internal communications.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain and organize creative assets, files, and project documentation to ensure consistent brand usage across all schools and support facilities.
- Prioritize requests and manage creative resources to optimize team output and quality.
- Develop and manage a system to cultivate a freelance group of student photographers and videographers.
